  • Evening Dress.

Sold together  the small and large ones. A slanted Evening Dress tied on a plastic tube with black, yellow wings, peacock, and pearl glitter. A highly efficient surface fly. It should be in all fly wallets
  • This is a fly I use a lot for sea trout; as people know, purple is not commonly used in fly fishing. This fly is incredibly effective, tied on a strong, short, weighted SE hook with a purple hackle in the tail along with silver flash. The body is purple chenille with a holo wing, wrapped with a white hackle and a black head. Stjáni always surprises.
  • Sand Eel

This is an imitation of a sand eel, available in 7 cm and 9 cm. The eel is very effective in estuary fishing or where sea trout come in search of food. The body of the sand eel is weighted.
  • This fantastic fly is new from the Clamp, the little sister of the Arndilly Fancy, which is quite similar at its core if you look closely. The body is chartreuse floss with a hot orange head. This fly made a splash last fall. I’ve also tied it with a silver body, which is incredibly effectiv
  • Evening Dress

Three flies sould together, size 12-14, and Hexagon. It’s tied with a pearl body, yellow and black hackle on the wing, along with peacock feather and glitter
  • A streamer fly that always works; silver and black are probably the most common colors in flies in general. The fly is tied on a strong, short SE hook with Grizzly and silver in the tail. The body is weighted and wrapped with silver chenille, with a black hen hackle and a black head.
  • Mr. Blue Sky is great in bright weather on a fast strip. The hollow body gives it a certain character, along with various shades of blue, such as the Turkish blue color in the glitter.
  • This is a fly with the same colors but with a few modifications, based on a fly I’ve used a lot called Ece Spade. That fly has probably given me the best brown trout fishing I can remember, so it’s a big favorite of mine. I made a few updates, and it’s fair to call this version the “little brother” of the ES. The fly is weighted, tied on a strong SE hook with black and brown hackle in the tail, along with silver flash. The body is black chenille with a holo wing. It’s ribbed with gray Grizzly and finished with a black head. An excellent streamer fly.

  • Hrappurinn Tungsten cone.

It was created after a conversation between three people about how flies don’t need to be complicated to catch fish. A great and incredibly effective fly—the peacock color makes it very good on the drift in murky water..

  • Jón Kopar is a streamer fly inspired by the world-famous nymph called Cooper John. Jón Kopar is a weighted streamer fly and is available two sizes S and L
  • This wonderful fly is in my top three. The author of the fly is Megan Boyd from Scotland, who was one of the best fly tiers in the world, although she never fished with flies. She dedicated her life to this art and passed away in 1988 at the age of 86. The name of the fly comes from a fishing area called Arndilly, which is in the Spey River. This fly has given me many good salmon and beautiful catches. I have also tied it with a silver body, and it is incredibly effective that way.
  • Móri Tungsten Cone.

The fly Móri is from a private collection and is among the flies that are simple in design but fish extremely well. It was created around the same time as Hrappurinn, Móa, and Kobbi. Móri is dark in appearance with a black hen hackle, a black glitter body, red-brown squirrel, glitter in the wings, and black hen. A earth-toned fly that definitely has some relatives in the fly world.

    Gló.

Sold with a gold hook. Gló is a true giant salmon fly tied on a plastic tube with black wings, copper glitter, and a gold hook. An excellent effective surface fly. It should be in all wallets.
  • Old but gold! Here is an old and reliable fly that has worked very well for me, especially in spring fishing when everything is stirring in the shallows both on the bank and in the water. It is called Hálsrígur because of the way the fish react when it lands on the water. Two sizes S-L.
  • Hrappurinn was created after a conversation among three people about how flies don’t need to be complicated to catch fish. A great fly and incredibly effective. Someone said that this is just a Collie Dog with peacock, which it precisely is. The Hrappurinn has proven to be the best for me on a fast strip.

The champagne color is used in the body and wing of the fly, with a sparkling root beer color. Then there is white calf hair, black squirrel, and hen hackle in a circular wrap. The fly Moa is one of several flies in a group called 'simple flies' and works well

  • This fly was created many years ago, probably when one was fishing in the east at Grenilæk, Tungufljót, and other rivers. As you can see, it is a mix of Rektor and Flæðamús, which were what we caught a lot of during those years. I had forgotten about this fly, as it happens, but now it is reborn in a size 21 version.
