  • This fly was created many years ago, probably when one was fishing in the east at Grenilæk, Tungufljót, and other rivers. • This fantastic fly is new from the Clamp, the little sister of the Arndilly Fancy, which is quite similar at its core if you look closely. The body is chartreuse floss with a hot orange head. This fly made a splash last fall. I’ve also tied it with a silver body, which is incredibly effectiv
  • This wonderful fly is in my top three. The author of the fly is Megan Boyd from Scotland, who was one of the best fly tiers in the world, although she never fished with flies. She dedicated her life to this art and passed away in 1988 at the age of 86. The name of the fly comes from a fishing area called Arndilly, which is in the Spey River. This fly has given me many good salmon and beautiful catches. I have also tied it with a silver body, and it is incredibly effective that way.
  • Túttan

"The 'Túttan' is a bright and fun fly, very effective in bright weather. It is tied in honor of a great champion and fisherman.
  • The Ruský.

"The Russian is a classic autumn fly; not many flies have a copper body. Very effective in murky water.
  • Hrappurinn Tungsten cone.

It was created after a conversation between three people about how flies don’t need to be complicated to catch fish. A great and incredibly effective fly—the peacock color makes it very good on the drift in murky water..
  • Móa is a fly that is very simple to tie, a great fly from the private collection. It was tied for female anglers with a fondness for champagne called Sparkling Moet. The champagne color is used in the body and wing of the fly, with a sparkling root beer color. Then there is white calf hair, black squirrel, and hen hackle in a circular wrap. The fly Moa is one of several flies in a group called 'simple flies' and works well
  • Móri Tungsten Cone.

The fly Móri is from a private collection and is among the flies that are simple in design but fish extremely well. It was created around the same time as Hrappurinn, Móa, and Kobbi. Móri is dark in appearance with a black hen hackle, a black glitter body, red-brown squirrel, glitter in the wings, and black hen. A earth-toned fly that definitely has some relatives in the fly world.

A fly from the private collection, which was created after a discussions about flies that would have a copper color. The inspiration was the Phatakorva fly, which has produced many large fish. This fly has also been tied with a hot orange head.
  • Hrappurinn was created after a conversation among three people about how flies don’t need to be complicated to catch fish. A great fly and incredibly effective. Someone said that this is just a Collie Dog with peacock, which it precisely is. The Hrappurinn has proven to be the best for me on a fast strip.
